Sonny Thrower - Lead Guitar, Vocals

Sonny is the creator and founding member of The Invaders. He has produced and performed in award winning bands since the age of 11 (after seeing The Beatles on EdSullivan) and The Rolling Stones in 1966 in Knoxville, where  they had an audience of only 250 people. He is also an accomplished drummer and bass player.His father owned two radio stations, WATO and WROL and was a pioneer in bringing famous  musical acts to Knoxville,which enabledSonny to meet musical stars form Ozzy Osborne, Joe Cocker to JanisJoplin. Sonny has written , produced and directed live shows and entertainment for a number of theme parks over the years, including Walt Disney World. Sonny owns over 25 authentic "British Invasion" guitars, basses, amps and drums collected from all over the world, including one of five original Vox "Brian Jones" teardrop guitars, which is his signature guitar for The Invaders. He has also made a bass version of that guitar. He is also a painter, sculptor and has toured Europe extensively, collaborating on independent films. The Invaders have been offered the opportunity to tour the US and Japan as well as various cruise ships full-time. "I am totally committed to The Invaders, and as long as I can breathe, it will continue as the #1 British InvasionTribute. It has been my biggest passion and most successful creation."

Brooks Knott - Rhythm Guitar, Vocals

Brooks has been a British Invasion fan since seeing The Beatles on Ed Sullivan in 1964. Among the guitars he wields on stage is a John Lennon model Rickenbacker "Short Arm". He is the only Invader to have played in every single appearance by the band.

Kevin Summitt - Lead Vocals, Auxillary Percussion, Harmonica

Kevin started singing at age six. In the 90's, Kevin sang and played guitar for The Mesozoic Love Machine, Frankie and the Galactic Bunny Rabbits, and later on, The Cenozoic Love Machine. Kevin enjoys singing the hits of the British Invasion with The Invaders, which he agrees are much better songs that anything he ever wrote.

Alan Manning - Bass, Vocals

Alan first started playing bass in a band in 1965 at age 12, when the British Invasion was at full force. Since then he has played in several bands having a variety of musical styles, but always wanted to get back to his "roots". One of the three remaining original Invaders, he bought his Hofner 500/1 "Beatle" bass new in 1967 and still plays it today. He also plays an original '65 VOX Wyman bass.

Tory Flenniken - Drums, Vocals

Tory has been beating on things since he was a baby. As a child, and adult, he craved the American puppet program, The Muppet Show, and still worships "Animal" today. He has played with many known bands, and once auditioned for Spinal Tap, but they lost his number. Lucky for us... And him.
