We're there! We're really really there...somewhere.

The Invaders make it to Abbey Road
(Well our name, anyway)

It's hats off to Beatle authority and Invader fan extraordinaire David Willett who recently traveled to England and left our mark at Abbey Road Studios. While in London, David also visited the apartment buildings of the each of the Fab Four, as well as Paul's current residence. And, of course, the familiar crosswalk the Beatles made famous on the Abbey Road album cover. He even brought us each back an authentic 'Made in the UK' thin black tie that's now an official part of our stage dress.

In the past, Dave has been to Liverpool to see their childhood homes as well as the Cavern Club. Future travel plans include a trip to Hamburg, Germany to check out where the early Beatles (with Pete Best and Stuart Suttcliff) got their start. It was in Hamburg where they met photographer Astrid Kirshner, who first introduced them to the (now Beatle) hairstyle.

Thanks again, Dave. Next time take us with you...

The infamous crosswalk then and now.
